People in Sarlahi worshiping a 9 feet long snake

After a snake normally seen a jungle went to a house in a calm way, the number of worshipers has increased. A 9 feet long snake has been living in Gaurishnakar of Bake of Saralahi since last 3 weeks and now at least 5-6 thousand people go there everyday to worship it.

According to East West Mahendra highways, people from Saralahi,Bara, Rautahat etc have been visiting the forest protectors house of District Forest Office and worshiping it.

With the number of worshipers increasing, the earning has also increased. This has encouraged the locals to create a committee.

Even though local Talak Bahadur Pulami Magar is looking after the snake right now, the construction of committee is still being discussed. Even though the snake goes out approximately at 3.15-4, it stays at the place majority of time.

The snake does not get aggressive even when touched and it has it’s own routing and the locals have named it as god. Many women who visit there, claim that there is a Shiva linga under there and a temple needs to be made there.

The locals have started to show interest in the snake after the number of visitors increased dr@$tically.
