Comparision between American and Chinese army: Who is more stronger?

After the Ist and IInd World war, the threat of war was seen to decrease but the powerful countries are making strong military organization confidentially. Powerful countries like America and China who have been able to make a hu*ge influence in the world’s political, economic and military power the last time have their own military force equipped with new technology making armed reports are coming out.

America and China who have constructed water, land, air and even Star Army , but how strong are they and who has done what kind of preparation?
