Preeminent Court on Tuesday issued a between time arrange coordinating the legislature not to make any move against Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Nawaraj Silwal.

A full seat of Justices Jagdish Sharma Paudel, Ishwor Prasad Khatiwada and Tej Bahadur Kc passed the request coordinating the legislature not to capture, ask elucidation or grill while completing examination against DIG Silwal.

The court would direct hearings on the second writ documented by DIG Silwal on May 2.
