Is Namrata Shrestha getting married?

Namrata Shrestha is a Nepali model and actress. The actress made her debut in Nepali film industry from the movie Sano Sansari directed by the late director Alok Nembang.

She has acted in movies like November Rain, Megha and Mero Euta Sathi Chha among others. National Award winner Shrestha has acted in numerous music videos.

The actress was dragged into controversy after videos of her intimate moments with DJ Tantrik went public on websites. Some people heavily criticized the actress for a relationship with a married man, while others backed her saying that it was an individual freedom. Nevertheless, she became the talk of the town yet again. Many had imagined that the actress would not continue her career following the scandal. But, the actress decided to move on and acted in different movies.

A video has been uploaded on YouTube states that the actress is planning to tie nuptial knots with mountaineer Dawa Steven Sherpa. The couple has been seen together in different public functions on different occasions. They have been spotted either in the premier of movies of family events. The couple was recently seen together at the trailer release function of the Nepali movie Parva. At the occasion, the actress had entered the hall holding hands with Dawa Steven Sherpa.

Who is Sherpa?

Dawa Steven Sherpa is a Nepali nation but her mother is foreigner. His father is a Nepali Sherpa, while her mother is a Belgium national. He had dome Master’s in Business Administration from an university in Scotland.
