Be careful while having chatpate

The District Administration Office Illam has increase the inspection after the chatpate started to have serious effect in people due to the unmanaged shop and using vinegar.

 In Sunday from their inspection they have fund that the most of the chatpate shopkeeper use vinegar instead of lemon. The vinegar found during the inspection was being destroyed at site in that very moment.
