Upwards of 59 houses were gutted in a fire that broke out at Shitalpur region of Shivaraj Municipality-10 in Kapilvastu on Wednesday morning.

It has been learnt that nearby Sitaram Liniya was harmed in the occurrence.

Police said that the houses having a place with Basar Miyan, Mansur Miyan and Satyanarayan Yadav among others were annihilated in the fire that began from the place of Mannan Miyan.

The fire was brought under control with the assistance of flame motors at around 3 pm.

In like manner, a group of Chief District Officer Bishnu Prasad Dhakal made an on location visit of the range today itself and guaranteed to give Rs 10,000 each to the influenced family units. RSS
