Boss Justice Sushila karki has continued her mantle of Supreme Court on Sunday after the arraignment movement aginst her enlisted at the council parliament by administrators of the two decision

gatherings was remained by a solitary seat of Cholendra Shamsher on Friday.She entered her office at 9:11 am on Sunday.

On April 30, upwards of 240 officials from the two decision parties –NepaliCongress and CPN(Maoist Center) had enrolled a reprimand movement against her refering to that she was included in infringing on the locale of the official.

Reacting to the appeal to documented against the prosecution movement enlisted at parliament, a solitary seat of equity issued a stay request to parliament on Friday, which enabled the suspended Chief Justice to resume her obligation.
