काठमाडौं। बरिष्ठ क्यान्सर रोग विशेषज्ञ डा.राजेन्द्र प्रसाद बरालले नेपालमा ८० प्रतिशत क्यान्सरका बिरामी अन्तिम अवस्थामा मात्रै अस्पताल पुग्ने गरेको बताए । क्यान्सर अर्थात अर्बुद रोगबारे शनिबार लायन्स क्लब अफ काठमाडौं जोरपाटीद्वारा आयोजित सचेतनामुलक कार्यक्रमलाइ सम्वोधन गर्दै डा. बरालले क्यान्सर जटील प्रकृतीको रोग भएपनि समयमै उपचार हुन सके सजिलै निको पार्न सकिने जानकारी दिए । उनले नेपालमा पुरुषहरुमा सबै भन्दा बढी फोक्सोको क्यान्सर र महिलाहरुमा सबै भन्दा बढी पाठेघरको मुखको क्यान्सरका रोगीहरु भएको बताए ।

सामान्यतया शरीरकाका विभिन्न अंगहरुमा कोषीकाको अनियन्त्रीतवृद्धी हुनुनै क्यान्सर हुनु हो । विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठनका अनुसार विश्वमा ८२ लाख व्यक्तीको मृत्यु क्यान्सर रोगबाट मृत्यु हुने गर्दछ भने २ लाख ७० हजार महिलाहरुको मृत्यु पाठेघरको मुखको क्यान्सरका कारणले हुने गर्दछ । क्यान्सर जुनसुकै उमेरका व्यक्तीमा जुनसुकै भागमा पनि हुने गर्दछ । विश्वव्यापी रुपमा १३ प्रतिशत मृत्यु क्यान्सरका कारणले हुने गरेको पाइन्छ ।

०५१ मा एमाले नेतृत्वको सरकारले वृद्धहरूको सम्मानका लागि भत्ता सुरु गरेको उल्लेख गर्दै भत्ता कम्तीमा पाँच हजारसम्म पुर्याउने उल्लेख छ । प्रतिव्यक्ति आयलाई ५ वर्षभित्रै ५ हजार डलर पुर्याएर दक्षिण एसियामै अगाडि आउने महत्वाकांक्षी योजना घोषणापत्रमा छ । आइतबार औपचारिक कार्यक्रममार्फत घोषणापत्र सार्वजनिक गरिने सचिव योगेश भट्टराईले बताए ।
उपाध्यक्ष वामदेव गौतम नेतृत्वको १५ सदस्यीय समितिले घोषणापत्रको मस्यौदा तयार गरेको थियो । शुक्रबार बसेको स्थायी समिति बैठकले २६ पृष्ठको घोषणापत्र पारित गरेको हो । पारित घोषणापत्रको भाषा सम्पादनको जिम्मेवारी उपाध्यक्ष भीमबहादुर रावल, सचिव प्रदीप ज्ञवाली र स्थायी समिति सदस्य सुरेन्द्र पाण्डेलाई दिइएको छ ।

यस्तो छ, मूल नारा
एमालेले ‘संघीयता, समृद्धि र समाजवादको आधारः नेकपा एमालेको नेतृत्वमा स्थानीय सरकार’ भन्ने चुनावी मूल नारा बनाएको छ । समाजवादकेन्द्रित अर्थतन्त्रको विकासमा जोड दिइएको घोषणापत्रमा लोकप्रिय नारा र कार्यक्रमहरू समेटिएको नेताहरूले बताएका छन् ।

एक घरः एक रोजगार कार्यक्रम
केन्द्रीय सदस्य तथा प्रचार विभागका उपप्रमुख सूर्य थापाका अनुसार ५५ बुँदे घोषणापत्रमा विभिन्न क्षेत्र र विषयहरू समेटिएका छन् । नयाँ युगको नयाँ निर्वाचन, नेकपा एमाले नेपाली जनताको सच्चा प्रतिनिधि, नेपाली जनताको सपनाः समृद्ध समाजवादको स्थापना, राष्ट्रिय अर्थतन्त्रमा तीव्र वृद्धिः विद्युत् ऊर्जामा आर्थिक समृद्धिलगायतका बुँदामा केन्द्रित रहेर योजना र कार्यक्रमको व्याख्या गरिएको छ । त्यस्तै, एक घरः एक रोजगार, १८ वर्ष उमेर पुगेका सबै युवालाई रोजगारीजस्ता महत्वाकांक्षी प्रतिबद्धता पनि घोषणापत्रमा समेटिएका छन् ।

५ वर्षभित्र ५ हजार डलर प्रतिव्यक्ति आय
नेपालको प्रतिव्यक्ति आयलाई ५ वर्षभित्रै ५ हजार डलर पुर्याएर दक्षिण एसियामै अगाडि आउने महत्वाकांक्षी योजना एमालेले घोषणापत्रमा छ । १५ वर्षभित्र चीन र भारतलाई विकासमा उछिन्ने, दश वर्षमा एसियाली मापदण्डको विकासको स्तरमा मुलुकलाई पुर्याउने, कक्षा १२ सम्मको शिक्षा निःशुल्कलगायतका विषय घोषणापत्रमा समेटिएका छन् ।

She help establish their family. The government said that her children who are 18 years old, ask them to leave her home. Just because her children are 18 years doesn’t mean they are wise. In fact, 18 years is the time that they need more love and support from family. One orphan Vinay Sindhutai Sapkal said that he sometimes thank God for not giving his parents because he think that he would have never received so much love.

On the occasion, Council Chairman Borna Bahadur Karki, expressed worry why Nepali media have little participation of women. Time has come to make media women friendly, he added. He appealed to all media to implement Journalist’s Code of Conduct 2016.

Amrita Lamsal opined that Nepali media have brought more negative news than the positive ones while making stories in terms of women issues. The government has fixed the minimum wage of Rs 19,500 to the working journalists at national media while Rs 14,400 to the workers at other media
